This is a non-school sponsored blog. I have created this place for HCS parents (teachers and coaches welcome also) to share information with each other. Maybe there is some information that couldn't fit in the P.I., maybe you have a musical instrument for sale, or lessons to offer. Do you have a question about a practice time, a fieldtrip, a meeting you missed or a game? This can be a place for you to post a question or comment on anything related to the school. I will also post community events that I think are interesting. 2nd Grade Homework for 12/13 - 12/17

No spelling words this week, they will be reviewed in class.

Monday - Practice reading Boxcar Children Chapter 10-Henry & The Free-For-All
*Bring a box to wrap a present in by Wednesday.

Tuesday - Practice reading Boxcar Children Chapter 11-The Doctor Takes A Hand
*Don't forget a Christmas ornament for your buddy(ies) for Friday.

Wednesday - Practice reading Boxcar Children Chapter 12- James Henry & Henry James
*Let Mrs. Hart know if you'd like to chaperone the ice skating trip.

Thursday - Practice reading Boxcar Children Chapter 13-A New Home for the Boxcar
*Ice skating tomorrow - bring a helmet to wear.

Friday - Ice skating day! Early release at 12:30 p.m. Merry Christmas!
